While I am somewhat for the war (reluctant hawk I am), I am disturbed of the lack of debate which has been raised in the legislature about the war. However, I am even more dissapointed in the number of democratic legislators (including Dick Gephardt, John Kerry, Tom Daschle, etc.) who so willing gave their constitutional power to declare war. |
well said mate. |

| The neo-cons are already drooling from the mouth looking at Iran. The axis of evil? More like an axis of third world failed states. How dare Bush even compare these countries to the Axis of WWII or Central Axis of WWI. |

still incapable of detecting the implicit, i see
i know, silly post to return on. especially since the term axis has such a common history in being used in policy speeches over the past 50 years. jeez, a little harmless rhetoric and everyone assumes that by axis you mean the likes of the nazis. thanks for helping to keep the record straight, q5. |

oh i see the implication. i just want him to elaborate on this dramatized righteous indignation that Bush is somehow not allowed to imply it. |
