I personnaly liked it but from listening to ASOT every week I guess I'm too used to the tracks he's playing and had hoped for something a bit different :p |

You have to give Armin some credit. He did put on an amazing show that night. I personally don't listen to ASOT each week, so lots of that stuff was new to me.
Sometimes you have to take into consideration that the majority of the people in the club don't know every single Trance song he's going to play. I mean look at the group we had writing down the tracklist. It took like 4-5 people to get the songs jotted down onto a piece of paper. (insert insulting remark here...)
Maybe someone out there knew every single track and they were just keeping quiet, I dunno. |

many things contributed to armins set not being that great:
1. overcrowdedness
2. fat girl rubbing her big on my back and grabbing my waistline
3. had 15 mins total sleep the entire day.
4. I GOT OWNED BY PVD THE NIGHT BEFORE
i think i justified myself . . . .

ya'll are too critical!!! music is music and if you love it, then you def should have loved armin's set. sure all of those factors are annoying, but i just let myself go and have a good time. armin comes around every so often that i appreciate everything he plays and the show he puts on. thankfully we are lucky enough to have a club near us with greats such as armin, ferry, pvd, even tiesto...i don't know, maybe ya'll are just cynical...but trance is my love and no matter what else is going on, i still enjoy hearing it. :D |
