| Is Saddam a Menace or a Nuisance?. Excellent article from time. Explains my point of view perfectly. I didn't need weapons inspectors to go in to tell me that Saddam has WMD's. But i still oppose the war, as I just dont think he's ever going to use them. |

Has he had a propensity to use them in the past? Not really. I don't think he will in the future because he knows the reprucusions. He's a bad man, but he's not a stupid one. |
