No offence people, but it seems to me that some of you are taking some of these discussions too damn seriously...

As for tatgirl's comment about people not attending the meetups, well, guess what? I am one of them (and you know it), and I don't even care about most of those meetups (I usually have dozens other plans or people to go out with that I really can't fit you all into a schedule, and don't even want to sometimes).

So, if I meet any of you during the party, great, if not, who cares! I am sure some of you are great people, and some of you are complete crackheads, but I don't really care, since I will meet some of you one way or another, but don't expect me to attend all these meetups or god knows what else, since some of us have their own circle of friends...

Anyway, I'm off to bed, it's too freakin' late for this B.S.

Damn it. It's not about the meet-ups at all. If anybody doesn't wanna attend the meet-ups that's fine. People are just curious to see who everyone is, especially if you post a lot on this messageboard. But I do think it's pretty disrespectful to *avoid* meeting peeps from the message board like Brunette does.

That's a really good poin fantom. I'm still in the process of learning how to make friends. I've been talking with my parents and getting pointers but all they can really come up with is using the internet. Yesterday I actually physically kissed my monitor, because it's pretty much the only "real friend" I have. I just keep clinging on to the fact that maybe one day, one time someone might actually talk to me in real life. This internet stuff isn't what the cool people do, I know. But don't hate on people who have a hard time in the real world, we're still learning.

hehehehehe. so funny. are you sure it was just a kiss?

Anyways, so what happens to people that were friends before the internet? Are they not allowed to meet up because now they are internet friends? Like I know so many people on here were friends before.
