Use this: http://www.lightstar1.com/install.htm
It installs the free .dll file offered on StyleXP for you (StyleXP's Readme file kinda sucks, so you could screw up). If you're using lightstar's tool, make sure you download the appropriate file (for SP1 and non SP1 XP versions).
Like already mentioned, go to themexp.org to get themes and such. deviantart.com is also a good source. You can also find some others, can't remember them right now... |
