Interesting question,tho.It all depends on what kind of situation you're in,both urself and in regards to the person that's asking you.
Assuming that I was attracted to you sexually(haven't seen you before,so I can't know that),I'd probably be very shocked at first.Then I'd start pondering whether you were serious or not.If I thought you weren't(which is most likely in my situation),I'd probably say yes jokingly,and just laugh it off.If I thought you were serious however,I'd probably feel very uncomfortable and nervous(since I'm not used to girls approaching me in that way).Then I'd start pondering the consequences of me having sex with you,while scratching my head and getting a very confused look.My heart would probably start beating 2 times faster,too.
If I wasn't sexually attracted to you,I'd probably just search for a good reason to turn you down that would not offend you.I'd probably be even more uncomfortable then,seeing as I am(like dj_mdma so excellently put it) a hormone ravaged kid,whose wish to have sex is among his highest wishest in life right now.(and no,that's not a hint to you girls:p ) But my non-attraction to you would most likely settle this for me,and I'd turn you down.

i shagged my best mate, she fell in love with me... we were together for a year or so, she dumped me, but still wants to be friends, i cant bare to see or speak to her anymore. end of friendsship :( |

Too many variables to give you a straight up answer.
Stuff like if I was attracted, how long we've been friends, etc.
I was joking around with my one flatmate (who is VERY fit, so I flirt all the time) a few nights back, trying to work out how much it would cost me to get her to give me a blowjob (she's shares a room with her boyfriend in our flat), and we discussed it at length, but we both knew we were joking.
Later, she asked me a question that had me REAL confused.
She asked me if, say no-one was in the flat cept us 2, and she walked into my room wearing only a towel, and dropped it and told me to shag her, and no-one would ever find out, would I do it?
I noticed not a hint of jest, and it definitley startled me.
I was not as quick-tongued as usual, even messing up the odd word, but I tried to put on a playful jesting face, trying to initiate that joking atmosphere that we had just beforehand, to just convince myself that she wasnt serious. But she was genuinely interested in what I would do.
So I became a bit quiter than normal, pondering quite a bit, and every now and a again, verify some of the aspects of the hypothetical situation with questions (like 'And there is NO way your bf would find out?'), but I could even notice the unsureness in my voice.
Got a little fidgity (changing my sitting position quite often) and my brain was racing trying to way up the pros and cons of the situation, coz at this point, I thought that there was a good chance that she wasn't really doing it hypothetically, and my answer could lead to a shag later or not.
So I weighed how attractive I find her (VERY) against how close I am to her bf (not very) keeping in mind the fact that no-one would find out (a highly unlikely situation).
My answer?
YES! 55% to my 'no's 45%

Hmm. This is not a situation that happens to me a lot; I'm told by female friends I give off an air of aloofness.. So, assuming we've bumped into each other in a pub or club and we'd not been speaking 1st, then I guess once the confusion/'where is the candid camera?' feeling had worn off, (LOL) I'd find someone being that open a real turn on.. I'm not being kinky about it, but a woman that knows what she wants and isn't afraid to say so is for me very erotic, (and almost totally unheard of! If you were a mate then I thnk that would put me in a spot. In the past, these sorts of relationships had turned our on me. I'd not want to loose a mate for a one off, but then again, would we have the strength of relationship to not let it bother us?
Physically, I guess I'd get the same feelings that I get just before the 1st time with anyone; arousal, heart beats faster and a conscious effort needed to remember to breathe normally..
In anycase, be very difficult to not get physically aroused; as I said, quite a turn on..
