let me play devil's advocate here for a sec, and tell you that statistically, this may not mean much. those are the most used programs, and, of course, they crash a lot.

but if we look at the ratios of crashes vs. successful uses, some other programs, like EZ freaking CD creator, may crash every other time, while IE crashes 1/10 times.
