Headphones HD25 vs HD25sp

First post here. 'ello all :).
My mate's fallen in love with my HD25sp headphones. He's gonna buy a pair, but I was thinking about selling him mine and buying myself a new pair of proper HD25s.
Does anyone know what the difference is between these two? Am I actually going to notice any difference for club use?

About 50 quid.
Go with the hd 25. a much more solid headphine. |

| the actual drivers are different. They look the same, but the HD25 is supposed to go louder, but they both supposedly sound good at lower levels. The HD25sp is a more economical version of the HD25. Think of it as the model "below" the HD25 |

| The HD25 is alot louder than the Sp's plus the build quality of the phone is alot stronger, instantly notacible when you take them out the box. Plus they clarity is alot better too.. |
