but i just thought it was a cool name, but a bit easy to suss, so i decided to name myself KilldaDJ, it was well original, no-one with the email @ hotmail
or any sort of username on the internet, so it kinda stuck
and now if u see anything with killdadj on the internet, it was most probably uploaded by me or was on my system lol :D |

Marcus is my firtst name and no way I was gonna use Maas :D And the double "a" is because in my mother language, if I wrote it just with one "a", it would sound like "Ma-eez" :p |

pretty much everyone thinks my name means "so this".
on the contrary, its another name for isis.
ive always been really into egyptian mythology, especially the isis/osiris myth. for a year or two after bbs'es i used the name isis on the web, then realized that a LOT of people use that name. so i did a bit of researching. the egyptians used to associate each deity with a constellation or star. isis was associated with the dog star sirius (called "sothis" by the egyptians). her name became interchangable with this over time.
theres also a greek goddess called sothis too, i guess.. but i dont know much about that.
so yea. i use it for that meaning, NOT "so this" |
