Special Records?

Does anyone know where to get special turntablism records? Specifically, the ones with lots of samples and breaks on them? I just feel like messing around a bit.
I've also heard that you can get records with "locked grooves" in them, that just keep going round and round forever. That would be a neat thing to have, say with a kickdrum at 130, 135, 140, and 145.
anyone know where to get these?

a locked groove :conf: sounds mad :D

you mean acapellas or actual beats you want? or both
DJ-Kuza
I have a bunch of those, but they are mostly breaks and hip hop. You won't find these for trance to easily.

any good record store can order you the sample records, i know dj rectangle put out a bunch awhile ago. as for the locked groove records, i have seen them @ the record stores here and there.. the ones i have seen just have a repeating sample on it, not like a kick or anything

DJ Rectangle are possibly the more famous scratch records, frequently used in DMC competition :)

If you wanna buy these things try somewhere like Chemical Records in the UK. Check one of the other threads around here, I think they are a fairly well rated shop.

I specifically want one with locked grooves at different BPMs.

Battle breakz and skratch records are always prominent in most U.S record shops.
www.turntablelab.com is a really good one..."true" turntablist/DJ site. Got videos, clothing, accessories, and hip hop records.
