I’ve been looking for I Love Techno 2002 live sets all over the place for the last little while and Mistress & Carl Cox are the only ones I’ve been able to put my hand on, but this week we had a major breakthrough. One particular set I’ve been on the hunt for finally came through.
When I called one of my Belgian mates after the event in September there was 1 name that was peppered throughout the conversation and that was OXIA. I remember I was reading reviews from I love Techno 02 and everybody had nothing but sheer praise for this guy so I will share with you a set that has been owning me since I pressed play

As for the Oxia, it's a fantastic set. Very similar to deetron though.
Oxia, I think, is much better in the studio - all of their releases are fantastically tech-housey. They have a very distinct sound (as does Slam - what they hell are they doing lately, anyways?) and everywhere I look, their stuff is out of stock. |

F'n Sweet!!
Putting this away in the Hard Drive to dig out after Super Spin. Currnetly hyping myself up for that weekend with good old fashioned trance and Prog.
Then its all about the techno invasion coming through the 2 weeks afterwards!!
Respect! |
