An awesome track from the man Derb himself. To bad it ain´t gonna be released on Feb 27t as originally planned.

Derb - Underground
Derb will not release their Single "Underground" (TTX2042) as originally planned for February 27th 2003.
They are working on a new single and we have other plans with the "Underground" track for later 2003.
For all who have already ordered TTX2042.
Sorry about that!
If you want the new Derb single, which still is going to be TTX2042 but a different track,
please watch our home page.You will find news about DERB here very soon!

Anyways .. the A1 mix samples a fragment from a Beach Boys tune called I Get Around.
Pretty funny to hear the Beach Boys in a hard trance tune :D

| i hate this production. it is by far derb's worst work. I wasn't the least bit turned on about this track. all this fuss about a track that is horrible in my view. if i had to choose btwn one track, i would say the a1 mix was better. but i can't stand the beach boys saying "underground" every two seconds. drives me crazy :eyes: |

hm this track has been changed.
i jeard kai tracid play it in november, and im sure it contained a lot of the beach boys lyrics.. i.e most of chorus, but i now have a radio rip, and it just keeps saying underground, but sorta sounding like beach boys.
apparently tracid traxxx had problems with copyrighting, and have been forced to change the vocals. hence the later release date.
from what i remember in november when i heard kai drop it, it kinda rocked, but now i listen to the radio rip i have, and maaaaaaan its ing pathetic ..... message to derb... 'get sum new ing drums FFS' |

listening to a1 now: underground underground underground underground underground undergroundunderground underground underground underground underground underground
and then typical derb sound track gets faster and faster
it sucks 4-10 for a1 |

I heard Scot Project play the version with Beach Boys vocals about a month ago and thought it was really good but when i heard the radio rip i was dissapointed that the vocals had change and now hearing this release i am even more dissapointed :( |

maybe he wasn't allowed to use beach boys vocals and had to change it |
