I'm a big fan of Scot Project's productions and I like his style a lot, so it was with some anticipation that I downloaded his latest liveset on SSL Pick-Up (24-2-2003), but..
Holy Sh*t! Was he completely drunk or something? :p
That was some crappy mixing, ed up twice, totally trainwrecked once... and the set ain't all that great either. Now I'm not bashing him or anything, don't flame me for that, but I can tell you that it feels great ego-wise to know that a guy so well-known like him can f*ck up so much! lol :)
Cheers!

Wrong section to talk about this dude.

hmmm I did think for a while before posting it, but I thought here was the right section since it envolved mixing skills and DJ ego-boosts lol

yeah the mixing was way off.. i was suprised when i listened to it!

timing was way out and basic beat matching was so off in some mixes

it always makes me smile when i hear a bigname dj stuff up.. like u said its a really good confidence boost just knowing that they stuff up like u everynow and then! hehe :)
DJ_Shockwav
they're djs, not robots
i expect a dj to have an off night once in a while
happens and sometimes their mind isn't on the mixing
hey cheggy
He's a good producer, not a good dj. I saw him live once, it was a bit of a joke.
DJ_Shockwav
i just played a rave with scot project
he was on that night
quality tunes and quality mixing
Project T
his mind would have defo not been on the mixing, more like having a right old fart on with his friend warmduscher ;)
