Dan Goodall - Trippid (Niche Records)
A. Trippid
B. Tough Monkey

Trippid starts of kinda dark with just drums/breaks coming in every few seconds. More and more instruments kick in and then the track eventually begins with the wellknown 4/4. Percussion is added too and a driving beat guides you to the 3:48 mark where the main melody begins. Quite simple but very nice IMO. The song then evolves around the melody and finishes with just the driving beat left. This track has a very laidback/relaxed feeling to it. It's a bit proggy and techy.

I first heard it on ASOT and fell in love with it right away. I give it 8/10. Haven't heard Tough Monkey yet.
