okay to get a picture under your name go to profile and click on edit options i think it is and scroll to the bottom and click change avatar. then just choose one from the list or you can do it by clicking custom avatar in that same screen and pasting in a url to a picture on another site. but keep in mind the image can only be 100x100 and 20k in size.
as for signatures, click on prfoile and then edit profile. there's a row that says 'signature' you can write text in there or if you want an image type

I appoagize if this is frusterating you, me asking all
