i think PVD at his best is when he plays the hard uplifting tunes,,with the break downs as well.. i saw him last year at Trade docklands ,, anyone else go there ?? anyway he played the most amazing set ,, well it was just like the ones from Homelands ,, with the wicked
En-Motion - 'Truth (Original Mix)
John Rees vs Helios - 'Beta Blocker (JP Trance Mix)
and many more tracks to boot ..
i cant understand how people can not like trance,, u know what im talking about right ?? hahah ,, as for tiesto ,, well i just love the trance energy 2000 mix ,, stomping hard trance,, i took it back home with me to adelaide,, dropped it off to ma friends place,,, next thing their on the ph asking me who the is this guy ,,, lol they thrashed that cd to death ,,
these firends were into the bands / rap ,, then i took them to one rave and converted overnight ,, sheesh
i say keep it up .. convert them all,,, everyone knows u cant beat trance,,
lets hope pvd keeps up the hard stuff allover the world ,, coz the fluffy is not good ,, leave that for sasha and diggers 12 hr twilo yawn sets ,, i downloaded one of PVDs from twilo deleted that straight away
also one last thing ,, huge rave coming up in melbourne ,,check out this site it has video of past raves with PVD , Tall paul and the likes

I wouldn't say Paul Van Dyk plays hard stuff, more harder trance is something like DJ Scot Project or some Hard House material, but PVD plays way more melodic tunes than 'hard stuff'
But yeah, who can't ignore a lovely Trance tune? I've got my parents into Trance, and they love it. ;) |
