My day job is a day / night shiftwork job, remotely managing firewalls for various clients. Best thing about my job is the music that I can crank all day, though night shifts are even better, cause I'm the only one here...

I also study full time - Computer Engineering at the University of Canberra. I'm beginning my forth year there. Should be over soon thank god :)

its interesting to find out what everbody does it interests me for some reason.

Personally I work for a publishing company (Crown Content) in North Melbourne (just outside the city) thats full-time working on a media guide at the moment. Also help Reemo out with vinylwarning.com.au on a part-time basis (about 10-15 hours a week). Means I work about 55 hours a week (minimum), but enjoy every minute of it.......

I work for the happy dragon bank in Sydney as Network Patrician and Chief Packet Wrangler.

I'm also supposed to be the "Unix Security Guru".

This means of course that I'm the end-of-the-line when it comes to network access, so I do get to spend a lot of time "testing" internet access :) There are a couple of TA's that find it useful to know me!

Of course, in previous times (having grown up in the country) I've also been a chef (finished 2nd yr apprenticeship before i quit to go back to IT), an apprentice plumber (you know, the poor bastard that gets to stand waist-deep in a tank of poo), a cable monkey, and all sorts of odds'n'bobs :)

teeheehee al bundy wannabe! :D

i am "studying" bachelor of science at monash clayton, but i started a multimedia subject which is on at berwick. hopefully it will be good and fun and i might get into that, as im not really liking the course im in now that much.
i have a part time job as a despatch clerk or production worker at an telecommunications billing company, which means i get to tick off disks and cds in a folder and send them out to clients for 7 or so hours a day...
but i only work weekends now and occasional night shift so the cd player is owned hehe. and a few people there like trance so its awesome :)
