damn it, you stole the words out of my mind!
god is a woman, thus the shady conception of baby jesus.
now, don't go saying how if god was a woman, women would be superior in this world...
now, who told you god exists at all? IMHO, what people call religion, are basic laws of nature that have existed since eternity. |

God is someone who brings love and harmony into someone's life. Someone who brings people together. Someone who makes life worth living... :)

| God does not exist. God never existed. He was never anything more than an icon to the people that want to believe that an icon has power. [To the rest, he was nothing and noone]. To those believers he is an image of influence, supremacy, and the divine. Those who believe in the power of God are manipulated by the image that is a symbol for God. [Those that are not believe that the system is weightless, that we are free-willed and noncomformist]. God is just a label. God is a product of media. People are led to believe that he gives them security, comfort, whatever.... |

I'd like to think of Ferry Corsten as god, but that would counter my stronger belief that it doesn't exist.
FERRY! :):) |

god cannot be defined. even god couldn't define himself. inorder for definitions to work and be "100% accurate", there needs to be an outside observer.
the closest way we can know god is through negation, or stating what is not god or a characteristic or attribute of god.

Hmmm...
Who is god?
Well if you're really interested, read on the St.'s like St. Augustine for example, they's studied Metaphysics and stuff. But from my knowledge so far, there is no god. But I am in search of one through Philosophy, so until I'm ready to answer that question... I will leave it as this:
There is no one particular person/thing/spirit to be called GOD, the all-mighty, I say WTF... I am in control as in, I see, I touch, I taste and I can do whatever I want in my life... THEREFORE, I am the all-mighty, I am god. So each one of us is god really... |

| I find it difficult to imagine an anthropomorphic God, possessing enough intelligence to create the universe and yet having a psychological make-up so simple that humans are capable of describing it in our terms. Words like love, vengeance etc.. are all very primitive attempts to relate to an entity who surpasses any motivations/emotions we are capable of understanding imo. God is the intelligence responsible for the existance of the universe. It seems logical to assume that such an entity would exist outside the bounds of the universe and therefore not be bound by space-time. As our language and thought process is formed entirely by experience within space-time God is difficult to describe in any terms that we are capable of understanding. My personal take, which I wont go into in any depth here, is similar to Taoism. But I do not agree that worship of such a God is pointless... that would be defining "religious worship" too narrowly IMHO. Simply living in harmony with the Tao and taking time to contemplate it could be defined as worship. |

| i forget who came up with this idea, some philosopher guy at any rate, that we are all ideas in God's head and our lives are goverened by the immense ability this individual has at creativity. Think about what is in your sphere on consciousness and it isnt much, everything else is just him imagining you seeing it or hearing it...kinda like in MIB when the whoile universe is just in a marble in come game |
