| Just to mention, I like classical music as well, but I didn't post it before cause it's nothing to be ashamed of. But since people started posting all music they like aside from trance, just thought I might post it too. |

Several actually, though I don't see why you have to call them "guilty pleasures" as those their listeners somehow are doing something wrong.
Let's see...
Pop and Latin Pop from 99-00' (pretty much everything else after that is )
Gangster rap
Old school R & B |

First off i gotta say classical.... if it wasnt for that... trance would have no roots.
Secondly im never ashamed to talk about this. My roots are in old school hip hip... ie REAL hip hop b4 everything was iced over with money, hoes and dubs. I started out freestyling and then really got hard core into B-Boying. That is where i first learned to DJ. Good ol old skool breaks and hip hop. But my heart fell into trance about 3 years ago. The rest is history. |

What...nothing exotic here?
Bhangra Pop/70s Bollywood soundtracks with those hair-raising high pitch vocals
60s lounge music...complete with orchestra and chorus! :tongue2
Death Metal
old New Age, particularly Tomita and Kitaro
TV theme songs :D |

although i do like trance a lot more...i listen to a lot of snoop dogg, j live, j rawls, biggie, 2pac (some dre), public enemy, nas, nate dogg, xzibit, krs-one etc....not ashamed of it though.
i also like bomfunk mc's, z-mc, and a lot of borderline cheese stuff. On the bomfunk topic though...go listen to fashon styley, and try and call that cheese! |
