| it was changed to...Movement 2003: Detroit's Electronic Music Festival. because the bitch who had the name copyrit lost her contract for this year and she took the name with her. oh well the DEMF will be better without her and now we have 3 top names in techno running the show. less than 2 months! |

Yeah...Derrik May is running the festival this year, should be much better! Carol Marvin (Pop Culture Media) owns the rights to the DEMF name and its not worth it to fight them for it, besides, she knows s**t about electronic music. |

| Hey TAs....I've never been there despite the fact that I've lived my entire life 20 minutes away from Hart Plaza and the city. This year will be different. I have no clue who's showing up to spin, but I know there will be some really dope times to be had. All I've heard from growing up here is how sweet this festival is and I've had to miss it each time. If anybody hears about a line-up, please post it up, or if you know of any special engagements. I can't wait for the warm weather to finally make it to D-town, bringing with it the best partiers in the world. You all should make the trip out to the river when this happens. Peace. |
