Please help me get this sound

I need to get a "bell" sound as in this sample:

I have no idea where to start.
Any pointers? If it's not that hard can you make one for me?

Umm.. u can usualy find sounds like this in vst presets.. try looking in the pro52. But dude, dont copy sounds... make ur own ! :)

where is "demos" on that page? :conf:
I have the NI FM7 synth, so I don't need to download it.
If you're talking about downloadable demo samples, then I can't find that on the site...

| If you have the FM7, you should have the right tool to make that sound. Sounds like FM to me...or else maybe some sawtooth through a ring modulator |

I have FM7, but I don't know how to make a new sound, FM7 is very complicated.
Do you think it could be one of the presets?
Since you are a "synth addict" perhaps you could make this sound for me? ;)
and this would be good practice for you, as well :) |

1) too late now so not gonna try it now :)
2) I probably can't get a super-accurate reproduction of the sound but I should be able to make something similar
3) but I don't use FM7. But I can try to make it and then put up a wav? |

| U could try to get a bell sample of the net and then distort it a bit. :conf: |

| Access Virus has some very nice bell sounds. In particular this one preset. Maybe you could get someone here to sample it for you if they have a Virus B or C. I'm not that skilled in sampling. Hate samples (in most cases). |

Yea FM7 is also vary complicated in my opinion,
but here is a tutorial for it, i only started reading it, and its gr8
