Indeed, M.I.K.E. dropped some nice tunes and Armin was godlike, he spinned some classics like Greece 2000 and the Orange Theme + what we expected from him (My Religion, Live Another Life, Sunspot, As The Rush Comes, Foever Waiting, C:\Del *.mp3, ...)
Tiesto had the crowd moving from the first moment. He spinned a lot of tunes from his new cd Nyana. I also heard this remix of Age Of Love, caned by both Armin & Tiesto, anyone knows the name? |

I was there with some TA from France and Belgium.
For me, Armin was the best yesterday, he played only top-tunes.
Tiesto was so ... pff, I prefer to say nothing :-(
And M.I.K.E. played a very good set but after 4.30, 'cause before it was to dark :-)
The last songs of this big-event were Vitalic - La rock, Umek - Gatex and Johnes and Stephenson - The first rebirth.
After that, I could die quiet :-) :-) :-)
PS: If somenone knows in the set of M.I.K.E., the tunes between Rapid eyes - Stealing beauty and Push - Strange world (3 tracks), tell me! |

I was there too, it was my first big trance happening. I was there with cygnusx. I thought Armin was the bomb! I shook his hand too! I'm never going too wash that hand again ;). When he played marco V- C:\Del * the crowd was going wild, with me included! .I thought Tiesto was good but not great, I expected more from him. Because I'm still a newbie, I didn't reconize a bunch of tracks! Than we went too M.I.K.E, I wasn't very impressed by him. But I was very tired by then! It was a great night! And the greatest was that I could share this great evening with the boy I love, cygnusx( kiss)

2 players - signet (g&m project remix), m.i.k.e. - sunrise at palamos, and a very hot track i don't know unfortunately. the track he dropped after universal nation 2003 was brilliant as well. perhaps somebody recognized it, cause i really need to get my hands on that one! reminded me of transa in their early days..
armin was indeed amazing, although i missed the first hour (i had to wait an hour at the door to get in :( ). i came in when m.i.k.e. - turn the lights off was playing, so i was immediately in the mood. perhaps somebody saw me, i was still holding my jacket, as the cloak room was full.. it was hot in there :p
tiesto was alright. the first hour was great with as the rush comes, acapulco, amazon, and of course live another life! but when he dropped flight 643 and airport by armani & ghost i was like :rolleyes::rolleyes: luckily, m.i.k.e. made my evening complete..
this was the best edition of antwerp is burning so far!
oh yeah, and 'age of love' was the mr.sam remix.. |

the t-shirt looked ashgrey with tranceAddict.com and the frog on the front, and a bunch of text on the back. i had my sweater around my middle...
right in front of the turntable there was a guy with ehm middleshort blond hair who was really freaking out ALL the time, very funny :). you know who it was?

I'm nearly sure that the 3 songs are productions of M.IK.E., especialy one with an amazing break with strange beats combination.
PS: I know 2 player and sunrise at Palamos, M.I.K.E. played this 2, but that weren't the song that I'm looking for :-) |

Hey waarom niet allemaal nederlands spreken, misschien worden ze pissed en krijgen we ons Belgische forum.
Ik was niet daar maar nu dat ik hoor dat strange world is gedraaid heb ik wel spijt, maya volgende keer dan maar.
Hopelijk ooit eens een groot prog event, dan ben ik zeker daar.
