So why doesn't Bush wait then. they are disarming aren't they?!?! Its not like Iraq poses a serious threat to any American people right now. They have no long range launchers. There are so many others out there esp in africa that are in much greater need of help, as many more are dying there, but Iraq has already been chosen for one reason and one reason only, oil.

i support alec.
the us should turn its attention to north korea, a country that they can actually prove has these weapons/abilities. this is an oil motivated war.
if the us were truly concerned about its long term safety in the international community it wouldn't veto the WTOs efforts at bringing affordable AIDS/HIV drugs (among others) to developing nations, it would not withdraw funding from the UN's population fund, it would not have refused to acknowledge the International Criminal Court's jurisdiction (doing so required the removal of their signature from the Vienna Convention of 1968 as to the policy of treaties and signatories), (these examples all pertain to the last year) they would not act against the international community. among many other things, not to mention their us v.s. them rhetoric which is sure to get them far....

Do yourself a favor and inquire what the general stance is on who is the bigger thread to world’s peace :: George Bush or Saddam Hussein ?

It is pitiful to see countless American hypocrites grasping at straws in an argument the whole world but them know they lost, it is truly sheer ignominy.

the idiot blew it off when he said "don't burn the oil fields" hahahah what a moron! I mean its so obvious its about the oil!

Don’t misinterpret my last comment it wasn’t aimed at you but at the men in power leading your nation to a catastrophic kismet. I don’t blame you for the cunning curtain that has been pulled over eyes by American media, propaganda is a crucial asset of combat in any war. However that is not an excuse to support America’s ‘cultured’ terrorism in Iraq, the Internet can be a wonderful source of objective information that allows you to base your opinion on concrete facts rather than self-centered American media. I sincerely hope that you take the chance to cagily observe the kind of rubbish the general American public is bombarded with every day in order to sway them to support America’s illicit transgression in Iraq.

I had a nice chuckle too.
When it was all so obvious, Fuhrer manages to makes his devious scheme even more transparent.

What a joke!

d00d can't you see that it's Bush right now who's threatening the world peace ? isn't he the one insane enough to go ahead and this whole mess ?

i won't be surprised if a worse 9/11 happened again

also, it is funny how Bush talked about the Internation Court when his country doesn't believe in it because they fear they could get put in jail for what they're doing worldwide.

yeah malek i have no idea what he's referring to when it comes to the ICC, if the US wont' recognize it out of fears of constraining their international efforts ~ for whatever reasons ~ some say it would have constrain them in acting in cases like somalia...anywayz you can't try someone in a court your don't recognize, and have removed your signature even from the papers giving the intention to create such a body, i don't believe there's another institution capable of handling these cases. (i won't even begin on how you can put someone on trial who's position in their society is part of their body of national defense, they are legitimate as a member of their national army, acting under domestic orders....)
I really have no idea what Bush thinks he's doing with that, but I mean for only one thing in a Bush speech to befuddle me, he's getting better.
yeah the oil fields were a real hoot and a hollar. but i must admit, his speech was definately aimed at a higher browed international audience as opposed to his terrible press conference last week.
