It was great getting to know all you wonderful people. Beema, Snotbubbl, Amit, Christopher B, Max2LC, Paul, TranceEyes22... you guys are awesome.
I got together with some of my buds after the party, and after strenuous hours of mind work we finally came up with a tracklist for the night!
Here goes...
Starting at 5:30PM

Right after the pizza arrived I started off my set with:
Kosheen "Hungry" (Martin Eyre Remix) <-- just to remind everyone the food was ready
Rank 1 "Such Is Life" (Marco V Remix)
System F "Exhale" (Original) <-- the alternative to letting out pizza and soda gas as opposed to being farty at the party
Then when everyone left the basement I hit:

All in all, I played a lot of old, cheesy crap.

I was trying to remember Amit's tracklist and this is what I remembered:
1. The Weather Girls- Its Raining Men (Gielen's Up the ASS Remix)
2. Baja Men- Who Let the Dogs Out (Amit's I DID! Mix)
3. Culture Club- Do You Really Want to Hurt Me? (Amit's If its in the ass, then yes! Mix)
4. The Village People- YMCA (Johann Mix)
5. can't recall this track, I think it was an Amit original, but the chorus went "FREE MEEEE, FREE MEEEE, Showwwwww them your WILLLY..."
6. Then that big dramatic closer, Haddaway- What is Love? (Amit's Love is a Homosexual Mix)
I'm not sure though... I think Amit will confirm it though. |
