i live in the states and red bull is not alcoholic here but back to the subject. Swamper was correct in that its seratonin thats released its a chemical produced in your body that effects moods and when you pop a pill it tells your body to produce and release all it can.thats why to all you hard-core rollers out there that buy 3 or 4 in the morning that 5 or 6 pill you just ate wont really bring you back up because your body has depleated all the available seratonin hence the next day you fell very moody i call it the after day stupids so what is the cure easy! there are many seratonin replenishers available but the best for me is to pop a prozac before i go to bed. anti- depressent are seratonin builders so if you can get ahold of some good but dont over do it people who take anti-depressents on a regular basis have trouble getting off on e so too much is bad. hope this helps

Vitamin C counteracts the serotoin levels from E. Also never mix your drugs, do not take another illegal substance to counteract the one you've just done.

The reason people feel tired and sluggish after E is because you've worn your body down, and exhausted all your fuel "food", and since E suppress your appetite your body doesn't get the nurishment it needs.

I use protein shakes when I get back from clubbin, its easy to drink and its like eating a full course meal, I wake up feeling refreshed no matter how many pills I've done or how long I've been awake.

Go to dancesafe.org if you want more info.

also on the web there a first time users guide to taking ecstasy. This is extreamly usefull.

My thoughts are if your going to do something that could possibly kill you, you might want to educate yourself on it.

kamakazee, the actual reason you feel like that is that when you take e it releases all of the enzymes in your body that make you feel good, and uses a lot of them up, so the day after your system is kinda depleted and you feel like . But like all of the other people said there are some ways with other things to make you feel a little better!

enzymes?!! kakakaka

yeah, you're half right, your digestive system's enzymes breakdown the ingested e in the bloodstream, and delivered to the brain. that's the limit of its function.

it's serotonin that releases endorphins into the system. E works like an antidepressent (SSRI), but it just kicks in 100 times faster.

Bad trips. this is when, I think, the neurons between serotonin and dopamine get cross-fired, by taking too much e or your brain chemistry don't like it. abnormal levels of dopamine is a culprit of schizoprenics (paranoid, delusional, sketched out).

I just find a couple of dips of Speed gets you back on top mentally, and gets rid of that sore head vague feeling, then try and have a big meal and then get some rest at the end of the day after.

I only drop an E on the rare occasion, because I hate the next day too, but when I do that's my cure.
