I must say that I just love juno. Fast service, prompt shipping, whatelse can I ask for? I have ordered from them numerous times, and I was very satisfied with my orders. However, this time was special, I forgot to add the FedEX 3 day global shipping, and I emailed them right away. It took them about a half a day to confirm that they will add the fedEX shipping on top of my order. Well, my records came in (ordered 8) and they sent me two wrong records. :( I have emailed them about four times now, and still no asnwer.

Emailing will do no good. Your best option is to call them and they will get right to it. They are very prompt when it comes to customer service. Call the number on the website between the times they tell you and tell them your situation and they will sort you out.

| uhmm yeah I ordered a copy of Members of Mayday - Sonic Empire original mixes, and they sent me a wrong copy I called them the day I got the order and they said that a new copy of the original mixes is in the mail free of charge and that I can keep the wrong copy that they sent me, trust me just call them and they will fix everything! |

they're only human...they're allowed to make mistakes
they have by far the best customer service around
i say call them and mention that you emailed them several times and its been x-long and still no reply...and say they sent you the wrong records
a buddy of mine put an order in and didn't get a confirmation
after emailing them a bunch of times with no reply, he called them and they appologized for not returning his emails but they get TONS of emails and its hard to go through them
they confirmed his order and offered him like 40% off his next order and free upgrading to fedex shipping |

and btw I must have spent thousands buying from Juno and they have only ed up once - touch wood. |

| I remember I had to call them once because there was a mistake with the credit card expiry date. Thank God they didn't put me on hold. I'm not exactly round the corner. |

-don't take it personally like you are dude.
- from my experience Juno is one of the best.
-I have gotten more screwed up orders from all over the world than
complete orders. Expect to loose at least 1 - 2 per 30 records that you are invoiced for online (not ones claimed to be in stock and not). Guess what also they will be the stellar tunes you wanted.
-as for never ordering from Juno again? Now that would be a big
mistake!!
- Keep scrounging, its part of the game!
- Beware cause some sites In my mind are convictable by Law of the blatent FALSE advertising.
TAKE NOTE!! PEOPLE SHOULDN'T POST HARSHLY ABOUT THE FIRST TIME A COMPANY SCREWS UP THERE ORDER! MISTAKES DO HAPPEN. IF IT BECOMES A REGULAR OCCURANCE WE SHOULD KNOW, BUT ONE ORDER?? ITS NOT FAIR FOR THE THIER BUSINESS. THEY MAY HAVE A GOOD TRACK RECORD. DON'T HARM THERE BUSINESS POTENTIAL ON ONE DEAL
