Heh, this thread sounds like my rant about Rank 1 last year. I don't understand what's so great about Nu-NRG either...but I suppose it's a Vandit wh0r3 thing since I typically see the same people who drool over the new Nu-NRG release, drool over anything PvD. :rolleyes:
Granted Dreamland was alright, I don't really like any other productions or remixes they have attempted. |

| I love their stuff, Moon loves the sun, Take your air, dreamland is just awesome, same with aloa p. Just quality. It's just filled with Nrg, it's meant to get you dancing nonstop going crazy type music all night. That style is fun at parties but I also like the opposite style as well, ie Gabriel and Dresden, it's just the same in terms of how it gets you dancing but there's more of a groove to it, but different. |

| Well, Everyone played out dreamland by playing it in almost every set at the end which really bothered me, Their songs are very plain in general. I had to listen to the orgasmatron set while going to New York with IIDaDXeRII, I wanted to change it but he fell in love with it, I while I was listening, I found it very plain and numb, Made the trip seem longer, We use to listen to Chican - Visions from Ibiza while going down. Made the trip seem shorter in my opinion. I dont know much about Nu NRG nor do I really want to, Maybe they will make a song in the future that will catch my attention more. I dont know :( |

| I think they're alright. Dreamland is an awesome tune, but Carerra 2 (Nu NRG Remix) is crap IMO (I hated the original too). |

Heh well here is my thoughts on the matter,
Half this forum if not more is filled by Vandit/Energie Berlin whores who worshop the groudn PVD walks on, hence almost anything on the Vandit label gets a leg up.
But even tho i say this, i am one of the PVD stalking Vandit/Energie Berline whores who worshops PVD :toothless :toothless
As far as nu-nrg, some of there stuff is good, some of it not so great but all in all i like them, not exactly my fav producers tho but deffinently have some great material.

Theres a difference between expressing your oppinions and being a little bitch. Most would agree that you are doing the latter.
Anyways, Nu-Nrg are good, some of their tracks like Dreamland and bonsai are monster, while the rest are kinda generic, but there are a lot worse out there so I won't complain. |

I like Nu-NRG cuz their songs are sooooo uplifting, they just grab me. I love their melodies, and considering that Dreamlands gotta be one of my alltime favs.......

I think they're pretty awesome, especially their sets..and I don't get the whole cheese comment (didn't we all get over calling stuff we don't like cheese already?), sure some of their songs are simple.. but that's their style.
Some of their tracks are just average though, but they're very energetic to make up for it.. and the ones with the extra awesome melodies (like the best one Take Your Air and Aloa-P) drive me absolutely crazy. |

| Itīs a matter of taste!! I personaly love them!!! Sooooooo much energy!!! And whatīs the thing with the cheese? Either I like song or I donīt like it... But saying "hey nu-nrg is really cool but theyīre cheesy so I wonīt listen to them anymore" is pretty lame.. |
