all this talk about spin buddies... i was thinking about that the other day....
wiered how great minds think alike
anyway, i do not have any vinyls or decks.. i started DJing 7 months ago and i use BPM Studio Pro... very much like a dual CDdecks setup except for the unpredictable 30ms start times.
but for spin buddies, i'm prepared to buy some vinyl to add to his/her collection while he/she keeps the vinyl and i just come over to spin once a week or once every two weeks and go shopping for vinyl or CDs or look at some equipment or what's not....

this is a great idea, i am always looking for dj friends to improve skills and when i usually spin i need other djs to listen so they can pin point my mistakes...
I also find myself not purchasing a lot of vinyl because i dont like to go vinyl shopping all the way downtown alone.

| yea..sure buddy,same here,always need buddy to spin with ,and i think that's a fun and easyu way to prover mixing skill....how about today downtown c some records,I do go alone to downtown get records too,but sad is i get more far away than ya to downtown,me is in scarborough, yea....tiesto,AVBPVD all my favors:) :) :) :) |
