Three options:
-it will take place (they find a sponsor and the city of Berlin pays for cleaning up/security) = 30% chance
-it will not take place (not enough money) but the parties on friday and saturday are still worth the travel = 50% chance
-it will take place but somewhere else or low-budget 20% chance |
