that will be difficult I thinkn, cuz not everyone wants to spin at hours that have been set, they spin when they feel like spinning.
And when someone is spinning, there will be a thread in the music discussion forum to announce it, so just look in there from time to time |

Eventually people will have scheduled time slots and radio will be on most of the time...
If peeps don't regularly make their scheduled time they get the boot..
