It depends on what state you live in whether your vote will count or not... |

Why do you have Rwanda's old flag in your sig? :conf:

If you're gonna show patriotic support for Rwanda (for whatever reason) you may as well get the flag right. ;) |

I can understand the opinion towards France (I will NOT get into that), but not so much Germany. I personally haven't heard any criticism or "bashing" towards Germany yet.
If you really want to know first hand, all "bashing" around here is pretty much towards France. If you read a history book, its easier to understand why. Ofcourse, thats an entirely different argument, that I won't get into. |

Lol... Ya I noticed that. I wasn't sure which one was old or new though, because they are all always changing flags.
Anyways, back to my old sig. |

JM, actually the swastika is a very religious Hindu symbol(originated from that religion). The swastika is a symbol of prosperity and good fortune and is widely dispersed in both the ancient and modern world. It originally represented the revolving sun, fire, or life. The word swastika is derived from the Sanskrit swastika which means, "conducive to well- being". The swastika was widely utilized in ancient Mesopotamian coinage as well as appearing in early Christian and Byzantium art, where it was known as the gammadion cross. The swastika also appeared in South and Central America, widely used in Mayan art during that time period.
However, in the 1900s, Nazis stole this symbol which represented good, in the name of evil :whip: :whip: |
