do u know what bugs me...
1. Where are all the Weapons of Mass Destructions which Bush promised us. Come on Mr. Bush live up to ur part of the deal. U show us some WMD's and we show u the support. :tongue3
2. Today 4 U.S. soldiers were captured by the Iraqi military, and as soon as that happened Mr. Rumsfeld came on CNN and said that it was against some Ganeva convention to show POW's on T.V. My questions to Mr. Rumsfeld is don't these same conventions apply to the Iraqi POW's which were captured earlier. Or the Afghani POW's which were captured in the previous wars.
It seems like that the American Gov't is making up rules and conventions as they see fit. :crazy: :tongue3 :mad: |

i dont know for sure is there is any faction of un in iraq...
now if there isn't, what's to prevent the americans themselves from planting a few WMD???

well, in regards to the afghani POWs, the americans got around the geneva convention by calling them "battlefield detainees" instead of POWs. apparently it was not a real war, because they were fighting the taliban, which they didn't recognize as a govt. besides they were a ragtag army of conscriptions, they didn't even have uniforms.
I guess the reasoning goes, if your country cannot afford to buy uniforms for it's soldiers then we will do whatever we like to them, regardless of international law. |

This is why the US government allowed over 600 journalists from all parts of the world to join the coalition forces driving into Iraq.
They didn't want the world having that kind of food, for thought! |

IST 03:20 US official sources claim American forces have discovered huge factory suspected of manufacturing chemical weapons in Najef, 100 miles south of Baghdad. General in charge of factory arrested by 1st Brigade of Third infantry Division and is being questioned. Confirmation not immediately available.
Substantiation of this find would demolish the arguments of the anti-war front led by France, Russia and Germany.

How did you comprehend my message to be in anyway in support of the war?
