| Alccode mate, I'm sorry I think you really took my last post the wrong way. I wasn't in any way trying to deride your argument; in fact I agree with every single thing you said, and the way you broke down JohnSmith's statement was quite Foucault-esque. That is the reason I posted the pic, and asked if you were a deconstructionist (a serious question!). Maybe I went a little overboard with the pic, but it was a serious question, as the pic is a comment on relation between signs and those objects signified, something a deconstructionist might know about. (And also it was another way to lighten up a negative thread :) ) But hey mate, I wasn't hatin' on you, and I'm sorry that it came across as it did. |

I knew something was fishy about that, because when you post you are very considerate and unbiased.
So sorry for misunderstanding you! :( I didn't look at the pic long enough. (so I guess my answer to your question is "no", lol!)
To tell you the truth, after Mental Exodus posted, I realized my error, but didn't edit my post, as I almost never edit them once someone has posted after them.
Anyway, I don't really get the pic... can you explain it to me? lol :haha: :crazy: |

I do not hate any of you on TA, i dont know you well enough to hate you.
Yes i do disagree with many of my fellow TA's, but that in no way should be misinterpreted as hate.
What can i say, my emotions get the best of me sometimes - i'm only human! I can only take so much. This is how i express my frustration.
My therapist told me its better than "bashing in peoples head's"!
So to those of you who can't take a little heated confrontation, i apoligize for the intenceness of my opinions. To those of you who dont mind so much, well nothing i guess!:p |

I actually have my own supply line running from the Yukon.:D
I never claimed to ban anyone's products.
Also, i prefer Esso (Exxon in the states), to Petro-Canada.
I have my reason's and I make sure those around me know how i feel and they tend to do the same(switch from petro to esso)! What a wonderful world i live in.:haha: |
