Ultra: VIP Rip-Off (pg. 2)

NONE OF THEM KNEW, the only people allowed to do any damn thing where ones with "artist" wristbands which I have no idea what that is but I know I didn't pay $200 to do the same thing some guy next to me is doing for $55. Also I asked about the supposed t-shirt and gifts I was supposed to get, they told me I had to buy them from a stand and that I don't get any for free.
Am I the only one who got ed out of $150?
This is what is on the large poster/flyer for Ultra and was also worded exactly the same at groovetickets.com where I bought the ticket, I got none of this:

Well, you can't say they were lying that you could go "backstage."

Ultra 3 VIP was the best. Ultra 4, they learned their lesson and changed how they gave out stuff. Ultra 5 they really were strict on everything. I had a production wrist band, which meant we were working at Ultra, and they wouldn't give me somethign to drink?!?
What can ya do? Next time, think really hard if you wanna spend so much in VIP, it might not be worth it. |
Ultra 3 was my first one ;) <-- impressive, and Shadow Lounge afterwards, I can't begin to say now impressed I was
Ultra 4, well, I moved to miami the day after :whip: :whip: :whip:
Ultra 5 marked my one year living in miami :D I did manage to get a fewwww pics of the walk towards Ultra 5 from my friends appt, 29 floors up, close by :D
and they should have brought the hustler girls again :D :disbelief
I did have fun, tho, no denying that ;) next stop, Edgar @ Crobar

that's a good 10x digital zoom. you could tell it was going to be loud, you just couldn't hear tunes or melodies
and yes, it did suck, thinking I had 2 options at the gate, walking 30 min back again to the building and 30 min back, or just leaving the cam in the bag hanging from the fence, and I was no mood to walk that far, or take the bus or anything like that. I miscalculated and took it at her appt, and the walk just made it go off faster :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: By the time I was at the gate, I just wanted to get in ;) I bought a bottle of water there, and they didn;t mention anything that I couldn;t go in with it, same time I was told no bags, and no cameras. Those people in orange should all be shot in the leg(excesive, but fair)
anywho, at least I didn't loose the cam or anything in the bag(wink wink) hehe
next time, next time :D
