this should be done on www page(www.tranceaddict.com?!?).
options on that page should be:
example:
Menu:
1. View current list(CHART with all songs)
with options to sort by: most votes, alphabethic order and etc.
2. Vote for a song(already in list)
3. Add new song
nobody gonna burn that 20000000 min CD :D
the most prefered 74/80 (1 CD) minutes of music should be the right compilation :)

I personally am an Uplifting Trance fan, I produce and DJ that genre BUT, there is a track that catched me and its the Delerium - Innocente (DJ Tiesto Remix).
This track is absoloutly amazing, I'm closing every set of mine with it and it makes the people very happy!
Check it out, this track is worth it!
