go to a store that sells boat supplies or boats! a bicycle shop or jet ski shop might have them also! or just search the web, your bound to find something

Hmm if you are going to use it at a party, just a little note from truly yours:
A lot of people find the whistles at parties very annoying and disrespectful towards the people who are listening to music and also towards the DJ (can be very distracting at times) ...
I can imagine how pissed off they would be if you start blasting an air horn in the middle of a track. You might end up with your airhorn lodged in some ... umm ... unpleasant places.
