Emerge - in VH1 ad ?

anyone else notice some chopped up version of fischerspooner - emerge in a recent ad for some program on VH1 ? ive been hearing more electronic music as backdrops for the news of all things lately...

how do people feel about this ? do we want more exposure or to stay in the somewhat 'underground' ?

Not in UK...but in US I doubt that much more people on these forums know who fischerspooner is.

well, my local newbury comics - a very commercialized cd store - had a vinyl copy of emerge.... although they had sander kleinenberg and dj tiesto too...

helps companies sell products and gives artists more exposure....win win situation.

emerge is damn old tho....dave clarke made it his tune of the week in 2000.
