I thought it was a joke myself, until I went to Skydome's website. This event is listed under their "EVENTS" section already !!!!! WOHOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!! Can't wait ! I wonder how much tickets are going to be ! |

There is nothing on the Skydome website saying that this is going to be an event.
If you're gonna do an April Fools Day joke make it seem like the event is gonna be amazing. What the hell is Blank and Jones and Paul Oakenfold. Last time I checked it wasn't 1999 and their styles were good. If this event were real, I wouldnt even go :) |

I thought my friend was ing with me when he told me, so I checked with a few promoters I know in NYC and Miami, they both told me that ID&T had been trying to put this party together in the US but plans fell through because of the recent Rave Act and other stupid laws. I guess 514 undercut them. The cool thing is that most of the top djs in the world have offered their services, but they only have room for 4 headliners that will be spinning a 3 hour set each (12 hour party)...there is supposed to be a local room as well that Oliver is headlining. I had reservations about the quality of sound as well...but my source told me that they will be bringing in the sound from New York and a lighting designer has already been hired to handle all the lasers and special effects, ie...fireworks, dancers, and flying enterences for the headliners!!! I guess it'll be some sort of harness thing from the top of the dome. I'm psyched because September is definately the best month weather wise, So it won't be as hot as fuking bal en blanc. I cannot wait for this event. I can't believe North America will have a massive just like those awesome European parties.
ps...I think the date is the only thing they are having problems with because of the fact that Skydome is so tightly booked and the djs have their own schedules. But do not fret my friends...Love is comming!!!!!!!! |

haha every month is plastered with "Skydome Tours"...even so could have made it more real and picked a better DJ than Choke N Fold...doesn't exactly get people excited these days.
Besides Skydome plain out sucks for concerts or any other events. Place was made for baseball and that's it. ACC gets all the good concerts these days cuz they never could figure out that sound system - skytent..what a joke. |

Well I still havent seen any proof from people that posted the event or seen any proof that its fake. So I Don't know what to believe, but if for some strange reason it IS true, you can bet I WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE!! A in rave @ Skydome, that would be the most amazing thing ever, considering the biggest party i've ever been to is either any of the last 2 WEMF's or Better Living Centre. Plus the date for this supposed event is for Labour Day Weekend so it could be TRUE! Who Knows, i'll keep my eyes and ears open.
