This party looks awsome ... and it's in London which is most excellent!

I will be there!

Hope lots of ppl can make it down from TO.
DigiNut
Any details about the venue? (light, sounds, what's in the area, how late it's open, etc... I have no knowledge of uptown London)

I still want to go but I have to figure some things out first before I start making plans (plans meaning trying to hitch a ride :p)

Lots of people saying JTD was awesome at Viva... so why aren't you guys coming hmm?
ladybass
you can actually get an inside peek at the venue through www.londonmotoplex.com

all of the motocross track will of course not be there, but you can see the size of the venue, etc.

they are bringing in a ton of sound and lights for this - their budget for that is huge and they are pulling out all the stops for visuals.

and i have more good news:

TICKETS ARE NOW ON SALE!!!:)

you can purchase them in person through any ticketmaster outlet or online at this link:

cheers,

i'm just curious .. but is this a public venue ..? i'm just wondering what the rave bylaws are like in London ..
ladybass
hey,

yeah - this is a public venue.
they have already had the fire inspectors in to determine their legal party capacity.
they have also hired the appropriate amount of security, medics, etc..
:)
all done totally legally because they are going to be hosting a tonne of parties over the next little while.

:)
DigiNut
^ She smiles a lot... hehe :p

It's hard to picture it without the race tracks and all... though it could be pretty sweet.

does the city of London make you guys hire X number of paid duty police officers depending on the capacity and number of people expected at the venue .. ? this seems to be the main prob with events returning to city owned property in TO.. the costs here are like paying an extortion ..
ladybass
yeah...actually they did make us hire a number of paid duty officers, as well as security and medics depending on the capacity and size of the venue.
their rave laws are very similar to that of toronto's...that and this company wanted to do it right because they are going to be throwing a lot of events there in the future.
:D
Kid Lax
that's a seriously large venue!

hopefully ill be able to make it out :D

Skipper
Funny...I'm moving from London to Toronto just before this event. Bah well!
ladybass
you should still try to come anyways:)

it's gonna be fun.
:)
