Well i;ve had an argument with a coupla friends yesterday on good speakers and sound setup.
I was almost sure that 1 of the best ways to go is Klipsch.Ur gonna give loads of money, but all for good and with no regret!
They said that Bang & Olufsen rule and that should not be questioned.
Bang & Olufsen?!?
could they be right? anyone with experience on them/knowledge on the subject?
all opinions widely accepted:) |

depends what setup you're talking about dude...
home? car? club?
edit:
anyway, the rule of thumb for home audio is, Canadians make the best speakers, Americans make the best amps, and Japanese make the best receivers (and TVs)... |

Klipsch Rock. Just ask DJ Jade:
I've personally never heard Bang and Olufsen, although i hear they are very good.
Bose makes AWESOME speakers, i can tell you from experience.
among the "consumer level" ones, Cerwin Vega and JBL are probably the best sounding. |

I have Klipsch ProMedia 5.1's hooked up to my computer and I use them for DVD and music. They're excellent speakers and I don't have any regrets since I've bought them.
Bose has the best sound IMO, but they're expensive as hell. It's amazing some of the sound that even their smallest of speakers can put out :eyes: |

| B&O speakers are for home theater system and usually they come in a system not sold separtely for speakers. Yes they r badass but not for DJing i dont think.. they can handle the deep bass for DJing. but ya for home theater THEY R BADASS! and if you are willing to pay 6000+ for it^^ |

| Klipsch are awesum.. but worth their weight in gold.. if yu can afford them, then by all means get them.. but try Boston Acoustics or even Altec Langsing Speakers.. i've heard the newer models have a 200WATT sub.. and thats RMS my friends... not P.M.P.O nonsense... |

I'd go with a nice Axiom setup.
Amazing audio, they look stunning, and they're not as expensive as some of the competition. |

| Bang and Olufsen make really, really great subwoofers. They can pound out beats like a mutha******. Also, they have stack speakers that are generally used for home stereos and theatres, but they are WICKED for DJing. |
