here's a song i've been working on with dj Kardio. We have been making music for about a year and a half now and this is our second song we've ever done...we would love some feedback, criticism, comments, thoughts, suggestions, etc.
the song is called "Fantasy" and it's on the bouncey melodic side of things...it's a work in progress so we look forward to all critiques!

Well guys, to be honest, I didn't like your mix that much, sorry, it is a bit too cheesy for me :)
Anyway, I think that people who like this kind of sound could really appreciate your mix - in my opinion your mix is a matter of taste, people will like it or not - Everybody has his own style and thats good. :) By the way, this girls voice fits perfectly in your mix. |

Hey that tune's not bad. Only two comments. The female vocals fit in well but her vocals are kinda chilled and yet the beat is pretty hyper - it's as if your track is trying to be both a floor filler and a chill out track at the same time.
Secondly the entire composition is a little fragmented. I'm trying not to sound hippy here but a track should take the listener on a "journey". Your track stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts ... that's not a journey it's traffic lights!:crazy: Maybe a rework with the structure would help.
Saying that I'm not a fan of bouncy stuff so perhaps it's that that tainted it for me but to me it sounded pretty good on the whole. |
