Behringer Studio Mixers. MX or UB line?

| Ack! I know the MX line is older than the UB line of studio mixers, but are the UB really any better? I found 2 mixers, basically the same, but the UB costs 25 dollars more than the MX one. Plus the UB looks cooler. What should I get? |

Yeah, I'm looking at getting a UB2442 in the nere future (next couple of weeks). I just need to get some time to try it out. They have the onboard fx, although from past experience with built-in fx processors, these are likely to be pretty average.
They're damn cheap though, expecially in comparisson to things like the mackie mixers. The top of the range MX mixers do look cool though
I'll let you know how it goes when I try it out. |
