$140 for the game concel alone..
i tell u i paid $60 USD for FF tactics... used? bull... but i love the game, what can i say?

hmmmm Juno, depends what u wanna do! u realise sega has gone bottoms-up on dreamcast :p
so if ur happy with the 3 games ur getting, then i dunno they'd have to be good games (ie. u really enjoy 'em)....'cos there aren't any more that are gonna hit the shelves!! :( |

dude.. give me the info.. whats up w/dreamcast.. thought they were doing great, i know PS2 is doing good, i guess... is it that ing X-box everyone is worried about? hmm, damn microsoft allways taking over the market. Ill bomb microsoft if they put my playstation company outa bussiness. i love PSX. hehehe |

eh!?!?! and i thought news was slow here!! ehheeh :D:D:D
umm yeah...from what i've read in the gaming magazines, sega has dumped the dreamcast, and is concentrating on games (ie. software)!!!
ironically, they're now writing games for ps2, and i also heard they're even gonna convert some of the sega classics for ps2...i guess they're doing other platforms too, but i can't remember :p |

Dreamcast....well SEGA stopped all production of the DC a few months ago and all that's on the shelves now is what they produced months ago. SEGA has already started to put their smash hits from DC on other systems (example: Crazy Taxi on PS2, which is already out). SEGA is also making games for Gamecube, XBox and Game Boy Advance. The reason why they gave up on the DC was because of lack of sales worldwide. SEGA is still going to make games for DC throught the year but after that the future doesn't look bright. IGN recently had a article that there is a rumor that Half-Life for DC has been canceled (while the PS2 version is about a month away from being released). There are a few more games that have gotten canceled too...
As for getting that Dreamcast from your girlfriends brother...go for it depending on what games it has. DC sells for $100 here now w/ 1 game and a controller.
Oh yeah, and XBox...nothing to be worried about. I haven't seen any other games, other than Dead or Alive 3, that I wanted to get. Japanese gaming companies don't want anything to do with it, and if u don't have support from Japan then I doubt it can do good. Sure XBox is visually stunning but so is Gamecube...the only problem is that most of XBox's games don't look to have good gameplay which is something that Gamecube does ;) |

| I nearly forgot about "Half Life" for Dreamcast. It was previewed in a UK Dreamcast mag back in March 2000 and still nothing has happened so I don't see them releasing it now! |

Dood for $80 i shall definantly buy it. I really like the DC and for my opinion it's a musthave for a gamer. There are many great games in store now. Games like RE: code veronica, Skies of Arcadia, Grandia 2, Sega sports games are great, Shenmue is beautiful and Shenmue 2 is coming. And before i forget Soul Calibar is so ing great. Also a must have for gamers. I spend so many hours on fights with my friends or alone.
The production is stopped but there are enough great games and there are coming lots of another great games. So you can buy it easilly. Trust me :) |
