hmm, don't think this has been posted...so just a heads-up for this cool mod :)
alpha 0.3 just released last week & played it a lot at a lan today...sh*tloads of fun!!!
basically, battlefield 1942 converted to iraq war...with f16, a10, ac130 gunships, blackhawks, apaches, m1a1 & humvees
the helicopters get a bit of getting used to, and there's supposed to be harriers too, but haven't had a chance to fly one yet :p
best part is the tanks don't have much of a trajectory when shooting...the crosshairs are actually useful :D...also the a10 gun...mean mofo! hehe
