Does anybody have what this insert says, it was very informative when I read it a while back, but I don't have the insert anymore. Can anyone help me with what it says???

No thanks, I did a mad search on the internet and found it on his website and then translated it on some other site. And then...after all that , I ended up finding it in my room in this old box where I keep all my covers at.:p I'M A JACKASS!!!
