exergo, i think you shold keep the "trancEaddict" font at least, not have them all upper-case ;)
personally i like the one swamper posted...it's simple, and ...well, its just simple and it does it's job. |

hmm. i'm gonna have a go at it later this week when i find time from my other design work. deadlines :(
i have an interesting idea that i've been wanting to get on paper but have always slipped my mind. it involves a vinyl (since this site is all about music and djs, why not have a logo with a vinyl on it in some way since vinyl acts as the catalyst for DJs to communicate MUSIC, catchin my drift?)
anyway, i'll see what i can do. |

| i agree with linx something to do with music would be great the logo swamp showed is pretty nice but it is a litle too plain! plus if i bought a shirt with just that on it i wouldnt really like it..if it had more designs on it it would be better! |

whats the current TA font????
that'll make it a lot easier..
and a reminder, it has to be easy to print...if ya wnat it on flyers, or t-shirts then drop shadows, bevels, and gradients won't turn out very well :( |

the logo looks ok and all, but at this stage its not new anymore
i also don't much care for the dot under the t
i'd like to see it in green and black, it would match:
and that bald guy, never cared much for him, he should go now :tongue3
perhaps for flyers or t-shirts a simplified version of the one on the site |

yes, make sure your mockup logos are done in a vector-based program like illustrator for quality reasons. we can worry about the font later, just use arial as a placeholder font for now. swampz can address this later.

thanks hun :) i'm glad you concur. a logo should partially convey to the viewer quickly what you're all about. doesn't have to be very complicated, but that's what logos are meant for. identity. purpose.
you know what, i'm gonna do a quick mockup right now and post. heh. |
