need help ,i'm bleeding

i nicked my finger and i thought it was just a scratch, but it won't stop bleeding!
i mean it's nothing serious, but the blood is not coagulating. Its been about half an hour now and ive kept my hand elevated above my heart, ive kept it under running water for a good five minutes but nothing
everything ive done, the blood starts trickling up and i dab at it with some tissue. I also tried keeping some tissues pressed on it for a little bit, but when i took them off it continued to bleed
Does anyone know what I can do? is there any sort of coagulating agent i can use. Unfortunately i have no band-aids and its 4:30am right now and i dont want to run out and buy some at the moment.
wtf is wrong with my blood? ive never had any problem like this before. i feel like a freakin hemophiliac, but its just a small cut!:whip: |

well i just wrapped duct tape around my finger cos i don't know what else to do and im tired and i want to go to sleep
:( im still concerned as to why it's not stopping though. I didn't have anything to drink tonite (alcohol-wise) so my blood isnt thin at all...
weird
i just hope the duct tape stays on cos i dont want to wake up tomorrow and have blood all over my pillow and bedsheets:nervous: |

LMAO when I first read the title, I thought wtf? He's dying here but loves TA so much he would rather get our help than call 911...
just put pressure on it with a cloth or tissues (dry) & hopefully it will stop.

That's happened to me a few times before. If it happens when I want to go to sleep, I just superbandage my finger and sleep with my arm over the side of my bed...over a towel. You know, just in case.

ahahah! :haha: knowing me, i probabaly would do something like that in an emergency
but seriously, thanks for all the advice and stuff. I think the duct tape worked cos it not bleeding anymore
