OMG! one time after clubbing in DC we stopped in McDonald's the next mornign for something quick and I haven't had it for like a year. it was a 45 min drive home and when i got there i doubled over in pain and shat like nothing else 30 mins later. i haven't even approached mcdonalds afterwards. that is soooo wrong for you.

You know, it really makes me wonder how a fast food company can survive so long, especially considering that the application of laxatives is required to complete the digestive process :wtf: :wtf:

Problem is that there are people that eat that so reguarly that their body adjusts to it so they don't notice much pain or anything. However every time they eat it their body is basically being destroyed, they just don't realize it in the form of any type of pain.

I would almost equate it to cigarettes. A heavy smoker can smoke a cigarette down without coughing much. You give a cigarette to someone who doesn't smoke and watch them try to smoke it and cough their brains out. Some may say smoking and eating fast food are two completely different things, I don't think they're that much different from each other.

if you're talking about the ice cream they use for soft served cones and sundaes... think again.

McDonald's isn't that bad if you order one of their salads...pretty healthy i'de say. I don't mind their chicken nuggets either, as a rare snack. I have a bunch of fast food resturaunts down the road, and although I don't eat fast food that often, I have found you can get stuff that is a big more nutritious. But right now..i'm more worried about sodium than fat, cause I'm skinny as you can get (barely 120). And most fast food has begun (or already has) eliminating trans-fat from their food. I just try to avoid getting hamburgers at McDonald's or Burger King (which I wont eat at and haven't for years..gross). There's more alternatives nowadays that will be much better on your heart, liver, stomach etc.
