Great and sorry, i feel sorry for you Coup, but i need to know how many french ppl are involved in trance...
Last summer i was talking to UK ppl in ibiza, and they were talkin' to me about Judge Jules "Huge DJ, massive, incredible", "Sasha, the man-like", "PvD god HimSelf" "Tiesto, it roxxx", "Scott Bond rules"...
But, what it's true it's that in france nobody knows them, really no one but a few that were workin @ London for money and a great journey outhere learning club culture...
But in France Trance = Ecstasy, in many other countries it's the same, but French government can't stand it... So, we are as late as U.S country just evangelized by trance with PvD, Oakie, Tiesto, trying to get some Anthrax there after many years standing in their original countries...=)
It's not funny, indeed, but when i was talking in summer 2000 with an american coming from L-A, he shows me Trance as underground style in the U.S with the rising of demand for MDMA and still fusion and rap stuff were the true music of his state.
And it is fuckin' boring to be at less than 800 km from U.K, and 400 km from netherland and to get so poor culture of what clubbing is.
Judge Jules is nonsense in France, i was talking with dave seaman @ renaissance in London few months ago, he told "once i went to france, my music was not apprecciated at all, so i dismiss from France" It's gettin' me into rage. Fuckin' French ppl.
So, i'm still hoping that's some little hardcore trance addict may exist and that's why i'm making this thread.
Save France, bring them trance...
At last, do not worry, Nice grammar, and daft punk, bob sinclar, air makes me shame of my country... they stink... So commercial with out any spirit, just lazy and easy listening, nowadays.
A+++
