Neural trance

I always wanted to ask this question but have always forgotten to do so.

I read from the www.dotmusic.com site that Sister Bliss - Sister Sister is *supposed* to be the first song from a new genre called 'Neural Trance'. So, does this genre really widely recognised to be existent? If yes, are there other songs that are in the same genre?
